How to Take Control of Your Life! #83

This weeks episode is about how to take control of your life. This episode is also me letting my guard down a bit. We need to promote more vulnerability and transparency, especially if we have an audience or people that listen to us. Whether it is your peers, spouse, children, parents, pupils or friends. We have to be honest about where we are in life, and we have to share not only the things that will benefit us, but also the things we are going through on a daily basis.

Since sharing my anxiety, things have changed more than you can ever imagine. I realised I am not alone. But on this episode, I speak about another area of my life I really want to take control of, just like the introduction states in the beginning. We need to at least acknowledge at the very least, we have the capability to take control of our lives. It is then we can work diligently towards that and embrace the opportunities that will enable us to do it, to truly grow. In this growth, we will become capable of controlling our vices and master ourselves. It is then we will finally be able to truly find our voice.

welcome to an episode of find your voice a movement led by yours truly Aren Deu a guy who was overcome crippling anxiety adversity and difficulty like so many of you in life whose main goal now is to help you combat your excuses take control of your life to write your own story and most importantly find your voice so now without further ado I welcome the host of the show himself Mr Aren Deu what’s going on people thank you for tuning into another episode of find your voice my name is iron and as always I am the host of the show so today I’m gonna bring you one of the shortest episodes ever because this episode is designed not to keep you listening to podcasts what almost to get you instantly taking action more importantly taking control of your life so you had the introduction and I’ve always lived by the introduction as much as possible but one of those things I always say is you don’t know what you don’t know and as I am on this journey with yourselves to in terms of finding my own voice one of the things I’ve really tried to do more so in the last year has become more self aware really trying to understand why I do what I do I’m more importantly I mean it’s one of the most fascinating things for me a specialist B. two guests and I engaged with you all what do you do what you do as well so other than being extremely curious in relation to try to understand why people do what we do I also need to recognize my own actions I’m just a very very quick example so there’s an episode coming out tomorrow which I’m very very excited for you or to have when I opened up and I spoke about my vulnerabilities not more so I am pretty more stuff on you tube I am openly Levon and the (subscribe to find your voice and learn how to take control of your thoughts and emotions) as the all is in order the things that may look like I have it all figured out I promise you I’m so so far from that but one of the things I think if I look at myself in the mirror and I honestly really want to change about my self in terms of moving forward its anga not anger for me is something that doesn’t necessarily lead towards aggression or anything crazy so you have a lot of were you having to stress out here but what it does do is I almost go from zero to a hundred and one thing I recognized well only recently to be honest and you may be saying them thinking Hey how the how do you not know this but I promise you I’m sure we’ve all got our own voices out there that were not fully acknowledging so anyway but to anger so when I have this ray denies instantly go zero two hundred the first thing I say to either the situation or the pass and is that a staff (subscribe to find your voice and learn how to take control of your thoughts and emotions) is therefore that they let the March and if they never let the match then obviously I wouldn’t go from zero to hundred now if you stripped out back and we just look at it with no judgment and knows bias you could probably argue that if you were poor store somebody never said something or something of a call you up on the highway that maybe you would know got angry but at the same time dot instantly houses over your controlled it instantly gives up Hess and with the situation control and power over yourself and that’s not what the show is about this show is about you taking control of your life I’m the more it controlled the more present you can be with your decision via actions with your thoughts the grey at your experiences will be the more for fear would you be the happier you’ll be and of course the higher the probability of you truly truly truly finding your voice so (subscribe to find your voice and learn how to take control of your thoughts and emotions) myself not one of the things I will say well actually I won’t say is I will not blame the other person or (subscribe to find your voice and learn how to take control of your thoughts and emotions) were not blame that circumstance in fact I am taking complete control if I am unable to control my emotions or (subscribe to find your voice and learn how to take control of your thoughts and emotions) let little things trigger me I need to work on the I need to start to understand why is a caring why am I suddenly going from a very very calm pace and he’s always smiley very very quiet like his own space just likes to July two going into this almost like incredible whole kind of pass and that’s something I need to deal with and not something that I hi I’m not opening up to you or what I’m being completely burned bodies sharing that I am far from knowing exactly what to do but I’ve spoke to so many guests and this is one of the reasons I bring on the cast on to the show because I want you to have the best people possible the best people I can get within my network that have been through it not people who simply read a book in them a good to take the information people who have lived briefed on people who have overcome the adversity so hopefully one day maybe I can speak about my anger when nothing will affect me nothing will get me crazy but at this point in time I’m just letting but let me just tell you something twelve months ago I promise you I would not have even been saying this out loud I would not have been saying this to myself some kind of I suppose Prada myself but more importantly I don’t want this podcast episode just to be about myself for me talking about my own issues I actually wanted to be about you so what I want you to think of now is think of something maybe this week or maybe last month or this year or throughout your life that just doesn’t save you that you think I just wish I was in like that for example do you get frustrated very quickly are you very impatient de snap do you find yourself just suddenly going zero to hundred let myself whatever it is firstly don’t beat yourself up about it secondly don’t judge yourself or think you’re a bad pass in in fact if you’re able to acknowledge that I promise you it’s going to be one of the best feelings in the world then however is the hard step not taking courage and ownership and I need you to stand out and almost say you know what I’m not perfect I have something that kind be improved and what a way to do is go out there and try and improve it now if it’s something that your thinking I’m not sure please do reach out to me please do reach out to me because the chances are I’ve had somebody on the shore of had a conversation with somebody who may specialize in that and I have no problem recommending you to that individual and if not I promise you I will go out and I will find the individual for you to truly hope you take control of your life so again it’s a very very short episode I hope you find this useful is a lot about the brain don’t for me I was really struggling this week for being completely honest in terms of getting something that I thought would actually help you I don’t like to speak for the
